Directions
This formula was created to be taken on-the-go in moments of stress or anxiety. Just pop 1ml of Supercalm under your tongue and you're good to go. You can also take your tincture daily in the am or pm as a preventative to support your stress response.
Contraindications
- One way to manufacture liquid herbs is to use a tiny amount of alcohol to extract the active ingredients from each herb. One of the herbs in Supercalm has been extracted using this method, which means there is a small amount of alcohol in each formula. Although the amount in each bottle is pretty small, it's still worth noting incase you have any concerns with alcohol.
- This formula is not suitable in pregnancy or breastfeeding.

from 9 reviewsI've never really taken much in the way of supplementation for my anxiety but after trying out SuperCalm, I honestly don't know why I haven't sooner! It's a such a quick and easy way to support my adrenals (I'm one of those stress-y perfectionist type A gals who's always on the go). Also if you're worried it's going to taste gross because it's a herbal tincture, think again! It's slightly sweet tasting and is by far one of the nicest herbal tinctures I've ever used - don't need juice or water or anything to take it which is SO ideal! Plus it's the perfect size to take with you on-the-go x
Have trouble sleeping but find taking this helps quiet all the thoughts in your head. The taste will also grow on you. Ordering more now !!
I never write reviews and I can be pretty sceptical about herbal tonics but I have found this really helps me - whether it's a drop or a few drops a day, it really helps when I go into my overthinking spirals, a stressful day at work or during PMS mood swings. I take it throughout the day when needed and particularly like taking it before sitting down with a herbal tea at night and unwinding with a book or tuning out with some Netflix and lighting some candles. Bliss!
I’ve tried other Kava based products to help with my anxiety (mainly capsules) but they don’t compare to this! I am converted and so is my partner! & so glad I can support local too!

This product is truly amazing. I love it. I take 1ml per day and just pop it into my morning tea before I go for a walk. It helps me to zone out during the walk which sets me up for a productive, calm day. It is truly one of my favourite things about my morning ritual!
